How to save a web page with images.
Most save tools hotlink images back to the live site, so the offline copy shows empty boxes. The fix is inlining: pictures packed into the file itself.
Two steps
1. Save the page with the Website Copier Chrome extension.
2. Open the file with no connection. Images render from inside the file.
Why it matters
